Do you make your own candies? |

Yes! Almost all of our products are handmade in store, with the exception of our sugar free candies, seafoam, almond butter toffee, and jelly sticks all of which require special equipment for manufacturing that will not fit in our workspace. |

What do you sell the most of? |

Our number one seller by far is the Classic Dark Truffle. Our second best seller would be the Pecan Barnacles. |

What are Barnacles? |
| A. |
Barnacles are made with a layer of fresh roasted nuts, butter soft caramel and sandwiched between two layers of luscious milk or dark chocolate. |

What is Penuche? |
| A. |
Penuche is a brown sugar based fudge. It has the same silky texture and creamy consistency of regular fudge but is made without chocolate. Some penuches are darker and have a more rich, molasses flavor, but ours has a lighter flavor which enables it to take on the taste of the delicious maple or peanut butter that we add to it. |

Is your fudge made with light or dark chocolate? |

Neither. Our fudge is made from Guittard Oban wafers which are an unsweetened chocolate liquor in a solid form. |

What is Seafoam? |
| A. |
Seafoam is a hard crunchy candy with a honeycomb-like texture. It has a caramelized sugar flavor and is somewhat similar to Crunchy and Violet Crumble candy bars. It is also referred to as sponge toffee. |

Do all of your products contain nuts? |
| A. |
All of our products are manufactured in a facility which processes peanuts and tree nuts. |

How do you stand to work here and not weigh 500 pounds? Don’t you want to eat everything? |
| A. |
Nope. Working here is easy because even though we work with chocolate, in time it becomes just another artists’ medium, much like paint or clay. A certain amount of quality control is occasionally necessary, but for the most part once you’ve tried everything you’re good to go. As much as you might think working here would be like a page right out of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… sadly it isn’t. But we still have way too much fun for it to feel like work. |

When will I receive my order? |

Orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the following business day. We ship USPS priority mail and all orders have delivery confirmation. |

What if I have a problem with my order? |
| A. |
Hopefully, you won’t. But if a problem or error occurs, please notify us immediately and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right. |
